Also, I was 10 minutes by walk from a family friendly museum. The double room was comfy and updated with super king size bed which was comfy. There were central heating, coffee/tea makers and flat-screen television.
Their staff were not particularly friendly.

Stayed in room 601 at top of hotel, no lift but not a problem for me. Room was perfect for me, decor reasonable and power shower very good, tile grout coming off but thats the hotels prob, it doesnt affect the shower. Reception staff were excellent and for those who moaned about car park tickets being filled incorrectly, dont blame someone else for being thick, its your own fault. I would stay here again if i could book the same room.
Booked in for two breakfasts, only had one and cancelled the second, the service at breakfast was Faulty Towers, Fred Carnoes Circus and a Frontal Labotomy rolled into one. The food was ok however i would go to one of the many cafe's around.

We explored the beach and the pier, and the location was super convenient for getting around. The vibe was chill, and we enjoyed our large room. Easy check-in and comfy beds made it all the better for a night out. The staff were helpful, too, a bonus!
We were a bit disappointed to find that the hotel doesn't actually serve food, even though it was advertised. This made planning our meals a little tricky.

Great staff who were all very friendly and very helpful. I had a real comfort stay and slept well. The shower was great. The room was a fab size and a huge ensuite. Great location for sea front and for going into town shopping and drinking. Nice bar area indoor and out. Thank you :)
No complaints but 2 bulbs out of three didn't work in the bedroom and the light switch in the bathroom was broken. Was a bit hard to shower in the morning as the bathroom was a bit dark.

cozy, cozy, cozy
I loved how cozy my room felt. It was a spacious Standard Single Room with comfy bedding and a nice TV for unwinding. The location is a dream, just a few minutes from the beach. Plus, the friendly staff were very good too help when I needed guidance on where to eat nearby!
100% recommend 🥰💖

The room was spacious.
The hotel did not offer hot water in my bedroom. I complained with them because I had to take a cold shower before leaving for my business meeting, but they never got back to me regarding the issue, despite saying they would do so. Problems can happen, but I believe the customer service could be better.
